Partner – CONSULTING – RETAIL BANKING. LONDON UK c.£150,000 Base plus package plus 100% bonus potential

This is a rare opportunity to join a global $multi-billion consulting business and to help drive growth across retail banking. You will have the backing to achieve this but it will require someone with the energy and enthusiasm to drive and lead the growth curve.

The person we are looking for will be a key, senior member of the Consulting team. The Consulting Partner will be assigned to oversee several retail banking clients or one single large client, focused on building strategic partnerships and managing consulting delivery, growth and operations. The Consulting Partner is expected to identify and qualify new opportunities to meet revenue demands and ensure that budgets, profitability and timelines are achieved.
You must have experience in Retail Banking within a consulting environment
You will oversee project performance and deliverables and ensure high levels of client satisfaction during delivery; Develop client account strategy together with account teams; Develop and enhance long term relationships with senior level executives across the client business; Manage expectations and alignment between client teams and stakeholders; Play advisory role to Client Relationship Managers and Program Managers on assigned account; Monitor budget, profitability and timelines of client projects; Ensure prompt billing and budget compliance
You will need Significant professional experience in a top consulting organization at Partner, Associate Partner or Senior Manager level.; Proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments; Experience motivating and leading large, multi cultural, cross functional teams; Experience facilitating high level client meetings and managing a robust portfolio of client projects; Ability to understand a client’s business organization, as well industry and segment trends; Industry domain depth; Experience as an effective driver of sales activities – proposals, etc.; Proven ability to sell consulting outside of the IT organization; Experience with global delivery; Excellent academic background – MBA preferred.
